No. There is no sign-up, no login, no subscription and no in-app purchase. Every feature is available from the moment you open the app.

Yes, completely. The app makes no network requests at all. Everything is stored on your device, which is deliberate — most fields have no usable signal. Airplane mode changes nothing.

Open any play, tap Edit Play, then tap Trace in the row of actions. Choose Take a photo to use the camera or Choose from library to pick an existing picture. Shoot the board straight on rather than at an angle. Once the image is in, use the slider under the field to set how strongly it shows through, then draw over it. Tap the × next to the slider to drop the photo when you are done.

Two ways:

• Stamped: with the select tool active, tap a player so they highlight, then tap Route and pick from the tree. This replaces any route that player already had.
• Freehand: tap the scribble tool, then drag on the field starting at the player. Use the line-type menu next to the tools to switch between route, motion, block, handoff, pitch and coverage.

To mirror a stamped route to the other side, select the player and tap the left-right arrow button.

It depends on the layout: Strip holds 8, Grid holds 12, Fold-over holds 16 and Coach plate holds 24. For a youth team we would keep it to eight. Twelve is the practical ceiling for anyone under about twelve years old.

Export the card, open it in Photos and print from there with Scale to Fit switched off, or drop the image into a document at 100%. Card windows vary by manufacturer, so print one, hold it against the wristband and adjust once — after that every card you export will match.

Tapping Export or Share hands the image to Apple's standard share sheet. From there you choose — save to Photos, message it to an assistant coach, AirDrop it, print it. The app itself does not upload the image anywhere.

Check three things, in order:

• The session has Remind me before this session switched on and has been saved.
• The session start time is still in the future, and further ahead than the lead time you picked. A reminder set for two hours before a session starting in ten minutes will not fire.
• iOS Settings → Notifications → Wristband Playbook → Allow Notifications is on. If you declined the prompt earlier, the Settings tab in the app shows “Reminders are blocked” with a shortcut straight there.

Yes. Open a play, tap Edit Play, then Details, and use the stepper next to Number. If your numbering has gaps after deleting plays, the sort menu on the Playbook tab has Renumber 1 to N, which closes them in one go. Bear in mind that renumbering changes what is printed on cards you already exported.

Everything lives inside the app's own storage on your device. If iCloud Backup is on for your device, iOS includes it in your own encrypted Apple backup and it will restore with the device. There is no account-based cloud sync, so the app does not move your playbook between devices on its own — export the cards and sheets you care about if you are switching phones.

Settings → Reset everything. This replaces your plays, cards, sheets, sessions and games with the starter playbook, cancels any scheduled reminders and deletes traced photos. It cannot be undone.

Yes, as a first-class layout rather than a stretched phone screen: a navigation rail, a multi-column play grid and side-by-side detail views. All four orientations work on both iPhone and iPad, along with Dark Mode and Dynamic Type.

It is built around flag: the field proportions, the formations and the personnel groupings are all 5-on-5 and 7-on-7. You can draw whatever you like on the canvas, but the presets assume flag.
